Tamashii, an OKC-based Japanese Ramen restaurant, will soon open a location in Downtown Norman.
The restaurant leased the 6,400 square foot space at 126 and 128 West Main Street, just east of Scratch Kitchen & Cocktails, from Adair & Associates.
The building is currently a shell and will require interior build out to accommodate the restaurant. At the time of publication, no permits have been filed.
Founded in 2015, Tamashii serves authentic Japanese cuisine including several appetizers and a large selection of customizable ramens. Other restaurant locations also serve a selection of beers and Sake.
The restaurant currently operates two locations: the original in Midtown OKC and a second in Edmond that opened in 2018. The Norman location is expected to open this Fall.
