Parkway Plaza under new local ownership

Posted on September 27, 2019

Parkway Plaza, the large retail development on Ed Noble Parkway, officially has new owners. The property was originally to be auctioned off in March, but delays pushed the auction to July 8-10.
An LLC tracing back to Norman resident Hunter Miller purchased the property earlier this month. The purchase price was $18,332,500. The sale included 5 buildings on 25.8 acres with over 256,000 square feet of retail space.
Miller is the owner of Sooner Traditions Realty, developers of the Cedar Lane neighborhood in South Norman and East Village, the large mixed-use development at the Southwest corner of Lindsey and 12th Ave SE, along with several other commercial and residential developments throughout Oklahoma. Miller is the son-in-law to former OU Football Head Coach Barry Switzer.
