Preliminary site work has been ongoing for a new office and retail complex at the NE corner of E. Rock Creed Rd. and N. Porter Ave.
Plans call for a new expand 7-11 store to replace the current 7-11 on the site. In addition there will be 24,000 square feet of commercial space and 9,820 square feet of office space. The site will also house 4 residential lots for duplexes on the far east side.
No other tenants have been announced.
