Mixed-use development planned for key West Norman corner

Heritage Fine Homes Investments Inc. has submitted plans for a 26.42 acre development in the Warwick addition at 36th Ave. NW and W Rock Creek Road.

The plans call for 20 lots to be added to the Warwick addition to finish construction of homes on Annalane Dr. and Mahogany Run. Behind and to the North of the existing 7-11, there will be a mix of office and commercial retail spaces. In total, 40,000 square feet of commercial retail and 29,000 square feet of office space. No tenants have been announced.

West Rock Creek Rd has been experience a lot of growth in the past couple years with a Walmart Neighborhood Market and Legacy Office Park on the Northeast Corner, and Brookhaven Office Park currently under construction at the Southwest corner.
