Wendy’s is set to be the restaurant tenant for a new development in South Norman on Classen Blvd North of Highway 9.
Norman Development first reported the OnCue development in January. Norman City Council approved rezoning and a preliminary plat for the project in January as well. At that time, Cedarwood Development Group LLC only announced that OnCue was set to be a tenant. There is a third lot in the development that is intended for a car wash.
Wendy’s currently operates one other location in Norman at 1908 W. Main.
Classen Boulevard has seen explosive growth in the past several years, with more retail developments planned both North and South of Highway 9.
