Vertias Development LLC and Aldi LLC have filed for vacation of utility easements between 3 parcels on land at the corner of Classen Blvd and Ann Branden Blvd, signaling the possibility of an Aldi Grocery Store to be put on part of the site. No formal plat has been submitted, however, site plan exhibits submitted with the plan showing 2 buildings to be constructed along with two open lots for future development.
Veritas Development LLC can be traced back to Tulsa-based developer Ryan McNeil who has been responsible for many Starbucks anchored developments in Oklahoma.
Aldi currently operates one store in Norman at 2440 W Main and owns two vacant parcels of land near the Walmart Supercenter at Main and 12th Ave SE.
